I was sorting through a pile of covers and came across this one. At first I thought it would go in the waste basket but took the second look at the back, and I am really glad I did.

The cover was mailed to us from relatives out west and I when I re-examined the cover I noticed these special markings.

The largest marking reads "DAMAGED IN / MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT" and the smallest one reads "RECEIVED IN DAMAGED / CONDITION AT --- / RECU ETAT D'AVARIE"

What I am asking is: Because of the special markings, what can I call this cover?

I know that this would be a specialty, but under what name?

The scans might not be clear so I hope you can all see them ok?

Thanks
