Well, I sold my old catalogs.. I think it was a mistake..
I am not sure if this is a Scott 99 or 93.

that is quite possibly it.
It is not a 93, so it's only worth a couple of bucks.

Street price on a 100 is about 25 cents. I don't know that there is anything special about the cancel. Nice enough example, though.

2013 scott classic says $1.60.. sounds like a .25 street price to me.

I go with 100, pale rose. The red paper is a much, much deeper color.

The cancel is Haute-Saone, in northeast France close to the German border.
