Algeria Postmarks Help! (Or Advice / Direction)

Not able to find a detailed map of Algiers pre-1962 which would be pre-independence.

If you are really hell bent on obtaining one, you should probably try a library. I don't think there would be a shortage of material considering how bloody the fight for independence was. Additionally, it would help a ton if you can speak french.

I really enjoyed getting to the bottom of this, now i'm going to go look for some obscure cancels to investigate.

NCOR -could be EL ANCOR in Oran........

Also EL ARR could be EL ARROUCH Constantine.This seems to be just outside the main constantine district following the N3 Google Maps.
