Hello fellow stampers...Brutal snow storm since yesterday here in the Boston area.. more than 2 feet of the fluffy stuff. Complete driving ban in effect which gave me a lot of time on hand to catch up on sorting and hinging my stamps.
The good news being I still have power whereas reports say more than 400,000 have lost power, which is terrible during this cold. Stay safe you all!

We were without power last week from about 10pm till 3am and it didn't take long at all for temps to drop inside. Not sure how we would handle things for a couple days. Driving ban was probably a smart idea from the gov to save lives and allow services to be used elsewhere. Careful shovelin as thats alot of pounds of yuk.

Not surprising, but because of the ban on driving and the severity of the Blizzard of 2013 in the northeast, the US Postal Service has announced the no post offices will be open and no mail delivery will occur on Saturday, February 9, 2013 ... for all New England States, including Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.

I hope they use this opportunity to gauge just what will happen if and when their August 5-day mail delivery system takes effect.
