Having used PayPal you are protected as far as a refund. I have had 2600+ transaction with a 100% feedback of 1300+.

I changed my policy on leaving feedback not long after I started selling because a large number of buyers simply don't leave feedback. Once I mark an item as shipped the buyer is notified by ebay then I also send an email confirming the shipment plus informing the buyer that once they receive their won item and leave feedback I will do the same. Without receiving feedback I can only assume that the buyer received his stamp an he/she is happy.

I had a similar difficulty with an ebay seller a couple of years ago, but the lag times were in weeks, not days. Two weeks and no stamp. Sent e-mail and no response. Four weeks and no stamp. Sent e-mail and no response. Filed negative feedback on ebay and got a really nasty e-mail vilification from seller. I was tempted, but did not respond to it. Received stamp a week later. I added seller to my own black list of sellers (two total) and will not do business with them.
