I thought this was an O27, but I canot find this in Scott or Gibbons. Anyone have any clues: Revenue?, Private ?

A seller of this stamp on bidStart says it is a variety of O27 with the 'SERVICE' overprint written in Bengali. I'm not right next to my Scotts right now, to see if there is a note to that effect. Might be something else to look for, though.

Scott books makes it seem that the English "Service" should be on this stamp. The inscription overprint that is on there isn't listed until 1990 as being used. The other odd thing is Scott lists the stamp as an A& design but it really doesn't match although they have the Lalbag Fort as the description on the 5p.
