Mask and ARPHILA emblem, an airmail stamp designed by French artist René Dessirier (1919-2003), engraved by Eugène Lacaque (1914-2005), and issued by Cameroun on November 30, 1974 to publicize the ARPHILA philatelic exhibition, held in Paris, June 6-16, 1975.

Here are images of the three stamps in a set publicizing the First World Festival of Negro Arts, held in Dakar, Senegal, designed and engraved by French artist Claude Haley (1923-1988), and issued by Mali on April 4, 1966, Scott Nos. 83-85.
