Okina masks were used by Sarugaku troupes in Japan when they performed Okina Sarugaku, before Noh was given its final form. Here is an image of a stamp depicting an Okina mask, which I believe is Hakushiki-jo, used for the main character in this play, and a fan, designed by Japanese artist Yutaka Yoshida, and issued by Japan on January 16, 1952, Scott No. 551, plus a photo of a similar Okina mask.

Ceremonial mask, designed by French artist and engraver Michel Monvoisin (1932-1982), printed by photogravure, and issued by Burkina Faso (Upper Volta) on April 9, 1966 as one of three stamps in a set publicizing the First World Festival of Negro Arts, April 1-24, 1966 in Dakar, Senegal, Scott No. 162.

Here is an image of a postage due stamp depicting a person wearing a carved wooden mask, designed and engraved by Claude Hertenberger, and issued for use in Dahomey (now Benin) in 1941, Scott No. J22.

The Bamoun, aka Bamum, are an ethnic group of Cameroun. Here are images of the four stamps in a set depicting various traditional Bamoun masks, designed and engraved by Jacques Combet, and issued by Cameroun on July 10, 1973, Scott Nos. 563-66.
