I am wondering if I'm missing something on the perforation for this stamp. It is a 3d with C of A watermark. My Scott book has the first issue #170 and 170a with 13.5 X 14 perfs. The second issue 183 has a perf of 15 X 14. I don't see shrinkage on my other stamps so I doubt that is it. Anyone know of other perf varieties?
