Of course, I'm pretty certain most of those 80% off Catalogues aren't the latest edition. On the other hand, a few of them are probably remainders for an impending new issue.

I bought a 7th edition part 6 (France) yesterday for £26.95 which I thought was OK.
It is the latest edition but from 2010 so I would expect a new edition next year.
The full list price is too expensive when you compare it to Maurey which is more detailed and costs less.
I don't use SG numbering myself but of course it is what non-specialists in UK use so it is useful.
