New South Wales - Sg 155 Small Perfs?

I'm inventorying a nice New South Wales lot and came upon this stamp. This is the first time I've ever dealt with NSW stamps. The perfs gauge 13 and it looks like it must be dull red SG 155 but are the perfs for this issue normally or sometimes this small?

They look like private pin perfs. I only have the Scott book but no notes regarding private perfs. I will disagree on the SG#. It looks imperf.

Thanks that was my guess too. I have a SG 107 for comparison and the color of this is more dull though. Does anybody else have any knowledge?

My old book has them at

WMK A (double lined 1) perf 13x13 or 12x13.

WMK J (single line 1) perf 12x12 or 13x13.
