I am searching for the birthyear of Arne Kühlmann. He is a Danish Stamp Engraver and he engraved stamps from 1974 until 2004!

panda1953....here's a great resource for engravers of French stamps..it's in French..but easy to make things out even if you have no knowledge of the language.
