Hello, Friends of "Older Stuff", I just discovered this thread and can perhaps contribute a few elderly items. This card probably classifies as postal stationary for one cent! Date of cancellation: 31st of Jan 1887 in East Liverpool, Ohio. It got to Germany, Steinau (today Scinawa) on the Oder River, north of Breslau (today Wroclaw) both of which are now in western Poland, on the 13th of March.

This postal stationary card (10 centimos) was mailed in Malaga, Spain, on the 6th of August, 1893, by C. Krauel (see oval). Destination Strasburg, at that time German, note the ALEMANIA. Today it is Strasbourg, France, the capital of the Alsace region. It is also the official seat of the European Parliament. The card arrived there on the 10th of August.
