having problems identifying these, got dizzy looking through Scott, north, south, etc, any help, scott #'s greatly appreciated.

You're welcome, Mike. We usually don't get many NV questions, and most of my NV collection is archived, so it was a fun exercise.

I had the hardest time with the 1st stamp. Even though it had the highest denomination in your group, I hadn't expect it to be issued so late in the 1980s.

By the way, all 4 of those stamps are CTOs.
