Facit notes that is this Finland's greatest rarity - only two know cancelled copies (Facit 1986). It is a cut out from the backflap of the envelope where the indicium is located. There are forged postmarks and Facit did have a comment about large circular postmarks from certain towns, but you only have a fragment of a postmark. Facit catalog number is FK5 and there are several different printings of thisn issue too. There's a strong chance that it is forged. I would find a Scandinavian philatelic expert. It would require certification to prove it is legit.
