France 1996 Christmas and Red Cross, showing a Christmas tree ornament being used as a balloon, carrying a snowman and a polar bear (ours blanc in French).



rebiously posted by Nells250 but I thought the two together with selvedge were nice. Note the Canada and then France cancel, one on either side.

France 1997 Christmas and Red Cross stamp, showing a star Christmas tree ornament, acting as a space ship, being flown by a teddy bear, and carrying a load of Cristmas presents.



France August 2, 2013 cancel '12579A', the 12 meaning from the Department of Aveyron in the southern France region of Midi-Pyrenes.

I always thought cutting you own tree must be nice. It would also last a LOT longer in the house!

Here is an image of a se-tenant pair of stamps depicting the "Adoration of the Shepherds," printed by lithography (Bundesdruckerei), and issued by Venezuela on December 6, 1975 for Christmas mail, Scott No. 112a.
