I'd almost ending my Asia documentation and I've come up with a few issues with stamps that I can't find in my Scott 2008 stamp catalog. If anyone would please help me I'd appreciate it. If you could tell me the Scott number I'd also appreciate it.

The question I have about this stamp is related to the bottom of the stamp. The stamp in the catalog is pictured with perfs at the bottom. However, the stamp I have is either cut from the bottom or the perfs don't exist maybe due to the sheet it was printed from. Anyone know if this is likely cut or not?

This is a problem stamp. I've able to ID this stamp but the stamp shows 5D Shotput. However this shows Basketball and this isn't a fault .

I'm sorry I don't have a current scott book right now. I do remember working on my own Vietnam stamps about 6 months ago. Some of them are very difficult to find. The one with the straight edge at the bottom looks like it was trimmed but the pictures are so small I can't tell for sure. If it is completely straight across then it might have come that way. If you see any unevenness to it it would have been trimmed. I'll be able to better answer Monday for you if no one else answers before then.

Jinkies these are tough. The only ones I can find so far are #2 North Viet Nam SC#864 1977 and #5 SC#2199 1990.

Sorry, managed to skip over your question on the 1st stamp. As far as I know, this stamp was not issued in booklet format and the pane does not have any natural straight edges.

The top edge is uneven with what appear to be extended as well as nibbed perfs. I surmise someone may have experienced some difficulty separating individual stamps from the pane, and began resorting to cutting with scissors. You can see some divots corresponding to the perf holes on the bottom edge, and you can also see gradual additional paper on the left edge as you near the bottom.
