I seen these years ago at a stamp show .Purchased a lot at auction which had these mixed in with other Germany related items .

should of printed that page as ---FANTASY OVERPRINT not FANTASY ISSUE ,

Hi floortrader,

I have an Italian stamp with the same overprint but underneath is the letters VG.
Do you know what the inscription means?
