Does anyone know what was the purpose of this DCS Service label. It appears that it was a post card sent from the Dominican Republic to Austria and cancelled by German Post at a letter processing centre. And the fee was 80pf.
The Dominican Republic has it's own postal service so why send it via this private mail?
The card I believe was originally mailed in the DR.
The label cannot be considered a cinderella since it was used to move the mail.
