Well, David Icke put forward the theory that she is an evil extra-terrestrial shape-changing reptiloid. But I don't think he said 'clown'.

I hate clowns as well
They were first used to keep the mobs entertained at public executions, and to stop the crowds rioting, hence the saying
"Beware the clown, tis but a mask"
