Barred cancel of Travancore State. This particular cancel has only seven bars instead of the usual eight bars. It has been posted at Mannar and bears the manuscript posting date beside the stamp. The address is on the reverse. No date stamps have been affixed. It is the first issue postage stamp affixed on it. Any such cancels recorded?
