I have the Palo KGVI pages. If I had it to do over again, I would definitely go with Steiner. Your pages are beautiful, Chris2015. Much nicer than what I have.

The problem for anyone outside the US is that Steiner (entirely understandably) follows the Scott cataloguing system, which most non-Americans don't follow. The problem for a US collector specialising in British Empire/Commonwealth is that he or she is likely to use Gibbons, which does not, of course, segregate charity and air-mail stamps (not a problem for GB, which doesn't issue air-mail stamps and has isued very little in the way of charity stamps).
