Scott does not list the imperforate varieties and part-perforate varieties of Croatian stamps of the 1940s because they were limited distribution. There is a footnote in the Scott catalog after Croatia #29 that explains this.

The stamp is normally B48(3Oct1943).

I do not know the retail value. It might be listed in the Michel catalog.

Those are probably proofs of Michel 124. The actual 124 is blue, but proofs were printed in several colors. Probably worth a couple bucks.

I stand corrected, PostmasterGS. I didn't even pay attention to the color, only the denomination! Good spot. I will edit my original post so that it will not mislead.

Well I sent it off to the Croatian Philatelic Society for identification. Who knew such a society existed!! The internet is an amazing place!!
