Can someone with a 2012 / 2013 tell me the values & Unitrade numbers for these Official Stamps ? All are mint never hinged.

They are CO2 and EO2 respectively. Cat value for MVF is $18 and $24. NH has a 50% premium.

Is there any advantage to keeping the blocks together ? or best to break them down since there is no plate number?

I would leave them intact stallzer.

This is also very true for any used officials. The old Lyman's Catalogues, that are no longer in print, would also list used officials in blocks and some of them commanded quite a premium.
