I don't know where either of these are from. The Turkish looking one I've found sveral that look similar but this one is a mystery to me. Thanks for any help!

the first is an Israeli label.
I've posted one on Londonbus' Jewish National Fund thread.

The first is a revenue stamp from Israel. I don't have a copy of the Bale catalogue, but I believe yours is Bale #20. Perhaps someone with a Bale can verify that.

The second shows the tughra of Abdulhamid II (Hamid in the Forbin catalogue), so you are right to be thinking Ottoman Empire. I don't recognize it without looking it up. I can check later if it hasn't been answered by then.

The Turkish stamp is a 10 paras proportional fees revenue from 1879.
