Hawaiian numeral, listed in Scott, a stamp with a LOT of fakes around. There is a book, and these stamps must be plated to be genuine. They were issued in plates of 10, I believe. If it does not plate it's a fake.
But . . . the text on the stamp looks badly distorted. If this is the way it truly is, it is most likely a fake. The original stamps had a decent production value, and the letters were clear and lines solid.
