Thanks Nigel! Guess I took the boat departing 1 year early.

I still have my 1991 Scott Volume 1, which has US/UN/BC with no fixed date cutoff. Later that decade, they broke it into two volumes: 1A and 1B. Then in 1998, that put all of BC with the rest of the world in alphabetical order -- thereby making all BC collectors buy the ENTIRE worldwide set instead of just 2 volumes.
