I'm wanting to see all of the different GB watermarks in one place with their name, is there such a thing or is it a myth? Lol! I ordered the GB section of the 2014 Scott cat from ebay - will that have all possible watermarks shown in it? I also think I need a better magnifying glass. I've got one that I can't tell if it's a GvR or a GviR... I feel so lost!
Yes, Scott has all the watermarks shown in one place. However, they are at the beginning of the Great Britain listings. I would suggest to make a copy of them so if you are "page flipping" you have reference to them, instead of going back to the beginning of the listings.
Something like this is readily available on Wikipaedia/ Wikimedia type sites. Download them or use Prt Scr, annotate and print out for a quick reference... then search for more reigns
scotzm -I've run into that image a couple of times and the only issue I have with it is that when I see the watermarks on the back of the stamp, they're obviously reversed! Not to worry, I realized that my Minkus album has images of the different watermarks throughout so I'm going to take pics of them and compile my own reference and post it here for anyone else that needs it!
