Wow! What? No free shipping? I think someone at the USPS saw people selling current stamps overseas at a profit over face and figured why not sell them at face and have the money come directly to the USPS.
On the other hand I see a sheet of the $2 waves of color stamps up for sale, that some might not be able to get locally.
I see to most countries that they will ship an item for $6.25, is that a good deal or not? I am rather ignorant of shipping costs from the US to overseas.
