The writing on the stamp is Arabic and I'm guessing Pakistan but I'm not sure. Any help is appreciated.

Turkey 1918 Scott 548A 2pa on 5pa on 1pi red "Solders in the Trench"

Surcharged on 1917 Scott 545A 5pa on 1pi red stamp- it is said that the 1917 stamp was never issued without a surcharge.

Thank you!I guess I was stumped in that this was the Ottoman Empire before it became Turkey...
