Stamps Came To The Rescue!

Well it is finally over. The last payment has gone out. Three people from our family doing College courses over the last 18 months and stamps payed for it all. The traveling costs included plus the basic living expenses for two extras in our home. Well another 3 months for one when it comes to traveling and basic living expenses.

We all did our part in working with stamps 6 days a week and it is so very nice to think I can go back to selling 4 days per week. The best thing is I am still getting help in the areas I need help in with no trouble even though things have changed.

So all those years of telling my wife that the stamps are really worth something and this lot is a good buy has become a reality.

My wife would flick a lighter with a nasty look in her eyes before we started selling and the starting of her course.

But now she will admit that the stamps from 1990 to recent are beautiful. Not just nice but Beautiful.

Buying mailing stamps is a joint job to do now.

Another symptom that she has the stamp bug is she wants to see the auction lots as they come in and will express an opinion if it was a good buy or not.

Another comment that is being said by my wife is "I know what is selling and what is not". Plus another.... we have not ordered any P stamps lately I have plenty of images..... She has fallen head over heels with P stamps.

Congratulations, what an achievement, and it has brought your family together. A story that trancends philately!
