Just to point that the last cinderella shows Brussels' High Court building; and that the letters SPQB might stand for "Senatus Populusque Belgiorum", in Latin: "The Senate (the Rulers) and the People of Belgium". The Traditional SPOQ "Senatus Populusque Romanum" of Roman banners.

The scenes and uniforms also point to the Great war, (WW one) Belgium and I think France also produced postage stamps for these causes.
