As this is turning into a wider discussion about useful online resources, lets not forget http://www.stampedia.net/ Stampedia is currently at 119,000 stamps, and growing steadily.
I signed up to Stampedia but found most of what I was interested in was written in Japanese. Example: I wanted to see the Ukraine exhibit but it was written in Japanese.
I uploaded from 1947 to 2004... every stamp in those years in my collection. But then I noticed somebody else was taking credit for that... Though I have Mint collection of India up to 2012. Singles,Blocks,Sheets and minisheets.. I stopped uploading there after that since 2009.
