I just picked this up at my local stamp club. Hitler and Von Hindenburg. Appears to commemorate Jan 30, 1933.

Issued 29 January 1934 to commemorate the first anniversary of Hitler becoming chancellor of Germany (which was on 30 January 1933.

Michel catalogs this card as P250. I don't have a Ganzsachen catalog handy, but I think it catalogs for about €2.

It's listed as Germany postal stationary in Michel P-250...i've seen this card at shows and online varying in price from $2.50 to $20.00 postally unused.
I'm certain PostmasterGS will add more pearls of his wisdom to your query.

My understanding is that this postal card was the first 'commemorative' type issued under the Third Reich.
