well I found the same thing on many items and if it is free domestic shipping why they didn't include that easier before going to details !
I contacted a seller before and he said it can be free in case I combined many items

On ebay the seller inputs his/her shipping costs, discounts, etc. when listing an item.

The placement of information on an ebay listing is dictated largely by the page framework that ebay has developed -- sellers essentially fill in the blanks and ebay's software displays the information according to ebay's template design.

Once the item has been listed, I believe the shipping costs that are displayed are a function of where the perspective buyer viewing the page is located.
