Registry Fee & Indemnity Fee Breaks: 08-01-58 To 01-06-63

I need your help with base registry rates and insurance fee information for the period of 08-01-58 to 01-06-63...

I have a group of "Prexie-" and "Liberty Issue" period usage Bank Tags with high-dollar (see an example) which I'd like to write-up, but I lack info on the base "Registry Fee" and the "Insurance Fee" structure for the periods of 08-01-58 to 01-06-63, and 01-07-63 to 01-06-68.

Each tag provides the amount the shipment was insured for: $1M, $5M,$7M, $10M, $11, $12M, $12.5M, $15M, $20M, $22.5M, $25M, $27M, $30M, $35M, $40M, $45M, $50M, $70M, & $100M++.

With the registry fee and insurance fee it becomes a simple task to compute the weight and first class postage of tag.

Would someone be able to assist with the info? or some of the info??
