I learn something every day on this forum!
This postmark caught my eye because it seemed so perfectly centered. The dates make me wonder though.

20-21 refers to the time of cancellation - 8pm to 9pm.

In person, does it look like there is something going on with the '0' in the '10' at top left? The left side of the '0' looks like it has an issue of some sort.

If you haven't run into the information on the tabs that are typically found on the bottoms of these stamps, this thread is worth a read:

Scott pricing for this stamp is with the dominical tab attached. I'd say your cancel is neat enough to not feel too bad that the tab is not there.

Belgium experts pipe up and fix anything that needs fixing.
