OK I was looking at advertising covers on
ebay and noticed something that perked my interest. This postal card. Is this a known franking? I have never seen it before this listing and thought I might inquire about it. What are your thoughts? I'm not saying anything bad mind you, I just am curious if it was ever listed or not? I know that the Chicago Exposition was a HUGE fair and new stuff pops up all the time from different exhibits that was there and I think this may be an example of such an item and used "domestically". Not sure?
