Nice research work guys!

If anyone intends to specialize in Newfoundland, a book that should be added to the library is THE POSTAGE STAMPS AND POSTAL HISTORY OF NEWFOUNDLAND by Winthrop S. Boggs.

If studying early Newfoundland, the essential work is THE PENCE ISSUES OF NEWFOUNDLAND by Robert Pratt. The book was published by and is still available from THE VINCENT GRAVES GREENE PHILATELIC RESEARCH FOUNDATION. Details are available online at www.greenefoundation.ca. The price has been reduced from the published price of $75 to $25 plus shipping.

I concur with gportch on Boggs being seminal for Newfoundland.

Thanks also gportch for the link on Pratt's book: I just ordered it.

What do you think about Dalwick/Harmer's book on Newfoundland Airmails? As a companion of course to the AAMC book of course. I just found this one on the web and am thinking about ordering it.
