Please help with this Albania stamp blue-brown. Is that fake, probe, privat edition, I didnt find in any catalog! Exist stamp set but in another colour and little different clear picture.
There is a note in the Scott cat. about your stamp. It is Scott 193 in ultramarine and brown (not regularly issued). For the value it's 193 (ultramarine and brown) + 194 (green and brown) for $15 In Scott 2007. Daniel
Rafi2012 - I see you are from Croatia, so, just a note that these unissued varieties (1fr and 2fr) are also footnoted in Michel underneath MiNr 140-143 These are also given minor numbers in YVert (176a and 176b)
