I first want to be clear, this isn't my cover/postmark, but I found it while websurfing a bunch of old time covers on
ebay and found the postmark to be rather interesting:

It looks as if it's a Maltese Cross Fancy Cancel, but I cannot find any map showing where Bottsville, PA is (or was). There are obscure references to it, but the best I can come up with is that:
1. Bottsville, PA was located in Westmoreland County, near Pittsburgh.
1. Bottsville, PA is a discontinued post office, only in operation from 1878-1895 (per Jim Forte's Postal History Website).
2. Bottsville, PA seems to have had its name changed somewhere along the way to Harold (or Harrold), PA.
3. It would seem that Harrold, PA is either near or now part of the current community of Greensburg, PA.
Anyone have anything further to add?
