Thanks for the suggestions. I looked at the Lighthouse Grande and those seem to be what I'm looking for and in the right price range.

I'm wondering if the stamp spaces in the '97 Scott International are spaced the same as the earlier versions, specifically 1955. I have the 1955 for Part I and for horizontal spacing the stamps are scrunched together, one right next to the other. I don't see how I can fit mounts within the space outline. Is there more space in the '97 version? Anyone care to post a picture?

Unfortunately, my 1997 version is boxed up, but for what it is worth, in the 1969 edition, the 1931 series is on 3 separate rows: 1st row is the 40 C, second row are the 50 and 90 C, and third row is the 1.50 F.

The postage dues are on the reverse distributed in 4 rows, although there is still a row of 7 for the 1928 issues. Knowing how Scott arranged the 1997 edition, I am certain that the postage dues would be on their own page.

In the 1969 edition it looks like to me that the stamps would fit in the spaces with mounts, although I would expect to have to trim the mounts close. One option that I have used when push comes to shove is to use a single strip across all stamps in a row.

The '97 edition, other than moving postage dues (and other categories) to their own page, should have the same spacial layout as the '69. So I suspect the '69 edition that 1840-1940 has described would indeed be the same as the '97 edition.

HungaryforStamps, I just got my Lighthouse Grande album in the mail from mit_63. I really like it. I have a good 3-hole puncher at home. It only took me about 15 minutes to punch half of Scott International Part I. And that's about all that will fit in the Grande album. But I really like having the pages lie flat. The pages fit perfect in the binder. Now I just have to decide if I want to buy about 5-6 more of the Grande binders for the rest of my SI pages (Parts I through III). My old Scott binders were really showing the wear and every time I opened one it shed little particles of "binder dust". Given that replacement Scott binders are about $65, the cost of the Grande will be about the same (6 binders @ $29). Both come with dust covers.
