I know your thinking how can somebone not identify a Queen Victoria stamp with a little research, but I can not find this one anywhere.

I checked the Scott Classic Specialized, and I can't figure it out either.

Hi,

This is a one penny stamp from the state of Victoria in Australia. This design was first used in 1901.

Thanks again, I been using (001) Not allowed by the Staff to identify stamps and the Australia stamp page starts at 1902.
