This set was issued by 64 countries......all of these comprised 4 values...except Southern Rhodesia. The set for that country had only 2 values. Any ideas why ? ?
No, idea, but you'll notice that Southern Rhodesia was frequently the "odd man out" in omnibus issues (1935 jubilee, coronation, etc.) Probably something political.
