I had those when I was a kid. Packetware. My dad eventually explained to me that they were CTO and had little or no postal use.
I think if you found them used on commercial cover, they'd be worth a fortune. Otherwise, very little.

A couple of previous threads on this forum suggest that the stamp issue is supposed to depict Military Uniforms. The "blacked out" stamp is that of Argentina. No one seems to know why it was "blacked out" (maybe politics of the day), yet sheets of these stamps with the blacked out image seem quite commonplace on the internet.

The stamps from Ajman are, of course, CTOs and have minimal value to most collectors as they are one of the "Sand Dune" countries that issued stamps exclusively for collectors (not for postal use).

No one seems to know why it was "blacked out"

The reason was the Falkland-War!

Vacallo, those stamps were issued in 1972. The Falklands War was in 1982.
