The zeps are both from Russia (Scott C20 and C21 if watermarked, the C20 could be C25 if unwartermarked). Value varies considerably. C21 has a Scott value of about $5.50 which, in reality, means about $1-2.

Oops, missed C22, C23 and C24.
So C20 is the 10K, C21 is the 15K, C22 is the 20K, C23 is the 50K and C24 is the 1r.
