Uss Akron Cover

I found a previous thread on this topic, that I thought was very interesting and informative.

I also found this cover, which seems to welcome two airships to San Pedro, California in 1932, and a back drawing seems to indicate that it was in conjunction with the 10th Olympiad that was held in Los Angeles that year.

I don't think my cover was actually flown on the USS Akron or USS Patoka, but I could be wrong. However, I was most interested in identifying the two signatures (CE Rosendahl and Alger H Dresel?)
