Here's an interesting piece of junk mail received today:



A total of 5-cents postage cancelled by a Mailers Postmark Permit #1 from ZIP Code 22701 (Culpeper, VA). At least its the first example of the 1-cent WAG Bobcat Coil I've seen in actual use (Scott #4802) since its August issue date.

Actually, I don't recall seeing a Mailers Postmark Permit supplemented by a Non Profit imprint (although I'm sure the mailing house that did the printing uses it all the time.)
