Hi I found this while I was going through my collection.
Scott #112 1869 1c Franklin, but it is with no perf. this must be a reproduction or something cause I haven't found anything with no perf online

This is a proof. They are listed in the Scott specialized as essays. Yours is most likely 112-e4 1869 issue. We need a US proof expert to weigh in on this, which I am not.

Koo, your link seems to be the wrong one. It is a link to your personal data, not the stamp!

It looks like a proof, though for some reason the corners look rounded? I'm no proof collector per-say. When I find them cheap as I did this one for $5.00 I buy them. Normally they are closer to $25-$55 when in very great shape.

Plate Proof on India paper. No gum, XF

It is a PROOF....the impression is very clear.
Just hard to tell if it is on card or paper....thus
the type.
