Question For British-Based Members

If any of our members visit local stamp Fairs in the UK and will be at any of the following and would like to meet and say hello, just put your hand up [so to speak] here on this thread.

November 3rd....Leigh-on-Sea [Essex] Marius has penned his name in !
November 8th....Stafford Stamp Show [Friday only for me]
November 9th....London Charing Cross Collectors Market [8am]
November 9th....Possibly one other fair in the London area.
November 10th...Chelmsford [Essex]
November 15th...Strand Stamp Fair, Russell Sq., London
November 16th...Marks Tey, Colchester [Provisional]

More news as and when.

You are 50 years too late. When I was a child I lived within walking distance of Marks Tey! No longer, I'm afraid.

I'm in for a pint . You can just email it to me .I just installed a tapper on the side of my computer and getting Guinness out of it from their website .

I am hoping to get to these; Charing X on the 9th Nov and Russell Sq on Nov 15th.

I was raised in Braintree, Essex, but left the UK when all the Unions were picketing, back in 1981. Marks Tey, Chelmsford and Colchester bring back many memories.

Another ex-Pat ! And from Essex no less.
I have loads to choose from on this trip with lots of local fairs taking place.
The Chelmsford Fair is just 10 minutes walk from my Mother's house. A beer on the way home at the local...what more could one want !
